The 81st Texas Legislative Session is underway but DCFF does not begin to have the resources to keep up with this at this time. This presents a serious problem in terms of the absence of deep and authentic family voice to guide Texas policy and legislative work but our voice is not a priority for policy makers at this time. We will rely on Monica Tyson with Advocacy Inc. as our lone voice in the wilderness that is Texas today. Bless you Monica!

This has not been vetted by family organizations in Texas and the amount of family input into these recommendations is unknown so please check out all of the information to assure that you understand and agree with it rather than assuming that we support it and have been afforded the opportunity to check it out for you.
